About the designer

Julie found her true artistic passion in 2004, when she began designing and creating artisan jewelry, after a long career in technology.  Today, her jewelry-making helps to support a future home at The Big Wave Project, for her beloved special needs son Sam.  She derives inspiration from the colors and textures of the California coast where she lives.  Her joy comes from creating distinctive, wearable jewelry for women who appreciate individuality and want jewelry that reflects their personality.

Today her jewelry is sold through boutiques through the Northern California area, through trunk shows, and through her website.

Color...Sparkle...Movement...

Crafted with hand selected high quality semi-precious gems, mixed metals, and luminescent pearls, the collections are designed to be beautiful and easy to wear.  Every gemstone, pearl, and precious metal has been individually curated from top suppliers worldwide.

Julie's passion is using gorgeous color-rich semi-precious gems such as tourmaline, labradorite, opals, turquoise, apatite, moonstone, amethyst, and more, as well as beautiful freshwater and Tahitian pearls and multi-tone metals.
